An innovative startup approached SCD to help them create an online circuit diagram editor for designing electrical substations.

One of the main project challenges involved diving into our client's professional domain. It took our software engineers three weeks to thoroughly analyze and document the requirements in the form of a software requirements specification, as well as to create and document the product architecture.

Solution

We conducted thorough research to select suitable components for specific tasks, such as automated cabling.

As a result, we built a software that aims to automate routine, time-consuming operations such as selecting equipment locations and cabling methods. The tool performs automated diagram validation and ensures that diagrams meet the standards.
